In his Technical Director role at Bluetree Network (now a part of Tegria), David helped to build a sophisticated solution across multiple IT systems for sales, recruiting, services delivery, and finance, all backed with a powerful data warehouse and advanced reports utilizing Microsoft PowerBI to give leaders across the company daily updates on key business metrics, such as sales pipeline forecasting and contracted revenue.
Since leaving Bluetree, David has learned that many organizations aspire to the level of data transparency & availability that Bluetree had. He now leverages his experience and expertise to consult with businesses that want to improve their sales forecasting ability, track changes to their sales pipeline, and reconcile sales against revenue.
